The later rectangular plate within a fluted and opposed S-scroll decorated ogee molding, sanded frieze, and hatched-ground C-scroll and flowering foliate carved quarter-circle molding with fan and acanthus-decorated outset corners and centers, surmounted by a scrolled arched cresting centered by a fluted fan, flanked by a pair of birds, centered by a fluted flowering urn, each section inscribed No. 5 in charcoal
