The Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition 1914-1917: two menus and a place setting from the Weddell Sea Party's receptions in South America, Sept.-Oct. 1916 including: a printed illustrated place setting, illustrated with vignettes of the Endurance, Yelcho and Shackleton, with inscription 'Mr L. Rickenson (sic)', the verso signed by Wild, Kerr, Macklin, Hussey, Shackleton, McIlroy, Wordie, Greenstreet, Clark and others, 7 5/8 x 3½in. (19.3 x 8.9cm.);

a printed 1p. menu for a 'LUNCHEON IN HONOUR OF THE CHILEAN NAVY, SIR ERNEST SHACKLETON AND HIS COMPANIONS, VINA DEL MAR, 30TH SEPTEMBER, 1916'; and a printed 2p. menu 'CLUB DE LA UNION, LE 1ER OCTOBRE 1916 Sir Ernesto Shackleton sus Admiradores', with place name 'Lewis R. Rickinson', and signed by Kerr and others, the majority hosts
