With swamped octagonal sighted barrel cut with seven grooves and with silver fore-sight, the breech cut with a band of beadwork and struck with rectangular silver-lined maker's stamp, a standing male figure, plain tang, rounded lock retained by three side-nails and with domed integral wheel-cover and chiselled details, sliding pan-cover with turned release button (incomplete), moulded figured walnut full stock carved in relief with a shell in front of the trigger-guard and behind the barrel tang and with scrolls on the cheek-piece, moulded patch-box cover, iron mounts, baluster ramrod-pipe, set trigger, white horn side-nail washers and fore-end cap, and original horn-tipped ramrod
