With massive four-stage twist sighted barrel with applied silver bands, belled and moulded at the muzzle, and chiselled in low relief with panels of arabesques retaining most of their silver inlay, standing back-sight with single aperture, engraved brass tang, flat bevelled lock signed beneath the pan and engraved with scrolling foliage inhabited by a human figure and a grotesque beast, flat cock with large dog catch (top jaw and screw replaced), moulded figured walnut half-stock lightly carved with foliage in relief, engraved and chiselled brass mounts, horn fore-end cap, faceted brass ramrod-pipes, and wooden ramrod, the butt with copper armoury tag numbered 293
