A FINE AND RARE 10-BORE IRISH LONG LAND PATTERN FLINTLOCK SERVICE MUSKET

DATED 1724

With 46in. barrel engraved with crowned harp, and stamped twice on the breech and once on the tang with a crowned T mark, border engraved rounded lock engraved with 'GR' crowned and, on the tail, 'Dublin Castle 1724', walnut full stock with raised apron at the barrel tang, regulation iron mounts including sling swivels, and numbered iron ramrod, the tang of the butt-plate engraved 'Wilson'
