With two-stage belled brass barrel inscribed 'London' and engraved with a spray of foliage at the breech, iron tang, earlier signed rounded lock, plain walnut full stock (old repairs), lightly engraved brass mounts including pierced foliate side-plate, and brass-tipped ramrod, the barrel with London proof marks and barrelsmith's mark IP or TP
