With slightly belled three-stage barrel signed at the breech, engraved tang, signed rounded lock with moulded border (cock replaced), figured walnut full stock carved with a shell behind the barrel tang, cast and chased silver trophy of arms side-plate and escutcheon, engraved iron pommel with silver grotesque mask cap, engraved iron trigger-guard with foliate finial, turned iron ramrod-pipes, and iron-capped ramrod (the iron parts with some pitting overall), London proof marks
