Letter signed ('Yo el Rey') to his cousin the Duke of Arcos, Valladolid, 23 July 1523, having ordered bread to be purchased in Andalucia for use of troops being sent against France, and hearing that it cannot freely leave the province, as this is against the law he asks the Duke to ensure that bread can be purchased and leave the province without hindrance, ½ page, folio (slightly discoloured, trace of seal).
