Based on the archaic bronze food vessel (fu) form, the rounded rectangular body raised on a pedestal foot, the sides and cover inlaid in gold and silver wire with archaistic designs, with a small animal mask in relief on two sides and a pair of small loop handles at the ends, the cover with four scroll flanges that act as feet when the cover is inverted; together with a small gold and silver-inlaid iron lock, Qing dynasty, decorated with lotus scroll and diaper pattern
