A PORCELAIN PLATE FROM THE YACHT SERVICE

BY THE IMPERIAL PORCELAIN FACTORY, PERIOD OF CATHERINE II

Oval, the centre painted with six laurel swags forming a frame enclosing a stylised gold and purple cartouche containing a black double-headed eagle with a wreath of victory in one claw and a flag with crossed anchors in the other, the border decorated with blue, red, purple and green stylised design, small chips to the edge, marked under the base
