Painted with a Russian worker on the left side wearing a red blouse and cap and a German worker on the right side smoking a pipe and wearing a hat, within a colourful background including stylised gold ciselé flowers and the slogan in German 'Proletarians of All Nations Unite' and the date '1921', with a stylised sun above, after a design by Aleksandra Shchekotikhina-Pototskaia, marked on the base
