Painted with the profile of Lenin after N. Al'tman amongst a red star, half a double headed eagle, a ration card, the initials RSFSR and the name 'Lenin' inscribed in Cyrillic, the border designed with the slogan in Cyrillic 'He who does not work does not eat', numbered and inscribed on the base 'after the drawing of Adamovich', restored, marked on the base
