etching with drypoint, 1650, third (final) state, a very fine impression of the rare print, rich with burr, printed with tone, the fine horizontal scratches in the sky distinct, on fine laid paper without watermark, with narrow to thread margins beyond the arched platemark, a very small, skillfully made-up spot in the small tree at the left edge, two further repairs in the black area at the upper left edge, an old, unobtrusive vertical crease to the left, slight discoloruation, otherwise in good condition
