etching with engraving and touches of drypoint, 1659, first state (of two), a very fine impression of this very rare print, with the rough edges to the plate and the square corners characteristic of early impressions of the state, printed with a warm, light tone, with margins, two very thin and unobtrusive vertical printer's creases, the tip of the upper right marign corner made-up, thin spots at the upper corners, traces of old foxing and minor staining, the Gersaint number and further annotation in pen and ink at the reverse of the lower right corner, otherwise in very good condtion
