A PAIR OF VOLKSTEDT GROUPS OF A MAIDEN AND TWO CHERUBS, seated on rockwork, one maiden holding a lyre, each flanked by her companions, 6¼in. (15.8cm.) high; a similar group of three cherub musicians, one playing the flute, another with the cymbals and the third with a tambourine, on scroll-moulded rockwork, 8¼in. (21cm.) high; and a similar group of cherubs embracing below an arbour of swirling pink drapery, on a waisted scrolling base, 6¾in. (17cm.) high (all with small chips to extremities), all with blue crossed hayforks mark, circa 1900 (4)
