Foster, Chairman, and the Indenture related to the same transaction, dated 10th September 1839, complete with #2 tax stamp, signatures and seals of Hadduck, Foster and Browning, the share certificates folded twice otherwise in extremely fine condition, the Notice and Indenture both folded three times, very fine (4)
