A MEISSEN LOBED CIRCULAR STAND, the centre painted in Schwarzlot with merchants on a quayside before distant buildings and shipping within a gilt line shaped cartouche with iron-red and purple foliage scrolls and trellis work, surmounted by a mask head before a Böttger lustre shell, the lower part of the cartouche with branches of indianische Blumen, broad gilt line rim and the sides with three sprays of purple flowers (very slight rubbing to centre, very minor ware and slight flake to gilding), Dreher's mark for Schiefer to side, gilt T., circa 1730
