A FLINTLOCK FOWLING-PIECE with sighted barrel chiselled with scrollwork in relief at the breech (worn), inscribed 'Laz Lazarino' on the sighting flat, and with iron saddle back-sight with chiselled foliate finials, plain flat bevelled lock, moulded lightly carved figured walnut half-stock, iron mounts including pierced and chiselled side-plate terminating in a monster-head at each end, fluted trigger-guard (adapted) with pierced finial, and turned iron ramrod-pipes (ramrod missing), the barrel and mounts late 17th Century, the remainder circa 1720
