A GERMAN FLINTLOCK HOLSTER PISTOL with sighted barrel signed and engraved with scrolls at the breech, tang numbered 1, signed rounded lock (mainspring, cock-retaining screw and top jaw and screw missing), figured walnut full stock (fore-end damaged) with integral wooden trigger-guard (incomplete) and pommel lighlty inlaid with silver wire, by Heyeck, third quarter of the 18th Century; and a Flemish flintlock pistol with shortened two-stage barrel, plain flat bevelled lock (cock missing), stained stock (damaged), and brass mounts cast and chased in relief (ramrod and pipes missing), circa 1740
