A Sèvres Rose Marbré cup, cover and saucer
1761, blue interlaced L marks enclosing date letter I, each with painter's mark cp for Chappuis
Painted in colours with exotic birds perched on trees in landscapes, within gilt ciselé surrounds on pink grounds marbled in blue and gold, with gilt dentil rims, the cover with a pink flower finial with gilt foliage (minute loss to a leaf of the finial, slight losses to the gilding of the rim of the saucer)
