A Berlin oviform vase and domed cover Circa 1775, blue sceptre mark and Pressnummer 2
The front moulded with ribbon-tied green and gilt crossed palms terminating at the shoulders in bearded satyr masks with palm headdresses, the centre painted with cupids, doves and arrows amongst clouds, the reverse with putti with garlands of flowers, the neck and domed cover moulded with pink and gilt rocaille scrolls, the cover with a pink rose finial (losses to the satyrs' beards and headdresses, chipping to the finial)
