A Frankenthal figure of a musketeer
Circa 1767, blue crowned CT mark and 6-, gilder's 7 /A, indistinctly incised TH2
With dark-brown hat, jacket, breeches and shoes and orange waistcoat, holding a musket and a pouch, standing before a pierced gilt and puce scroll-moulded support on a pierced shaped base (right forearm, hand, musket and pouch restored replacements, restored chip to brim of hat, broken through neck and restuck, left arm repaired at elbow, right side of base broken and repaired and with associated losses to scroll and base, some minor chipping)
