INDENTBrigadier Allison Japp, born 1865, educated at the Board School Kirkcaldy, he became associated with recruits at Cardiff in the early days of the Great War and also assisted with the reception of Belgian refugees; he worked in Le Havre, Trouville and the Rouen areas from the spring of 1917 to October 1919 (M.B.E. London Gazette 1.1.1920); after a well Remembered Ministry, Brigadier Japp died in 1947.
