The double-hinged moulded and rounded rectangular top with ratchet mechanism above the pull-out drawer with sliding green baize-lined reading-slope and enclosing a fitted mahogany-lined interior with a central well, flanked by two further wells, each with a concealed drawer, the right-hand side with a hinged quarter circular fitted drawer, above square legs, to the reverse with detached spreading columns and terminating on one leather and three brass castors, the front right leg with restored break, the reading-stop broken, one internal division of the drawer broken, the inner ratchet re-supported
