A BREECH-LOADING WALKING-STICK AIR RIFLE in two sections, the sighted lower section rifled and with button trigger, the muzzle with screw-on brass cap also forming a brass-tipped ramrod, the upper section forming the reservoir and with horn knob at the base, painted overall in imitation of wood (some wear): in original lined and fitted mahogany case with trade label and accessories including later cocking key and browned twist foot pump signed in full on one side, by Parker, Field & Sons, 233 Holborn, London, circa 1850
