A PAIR OF PERCUSSION DUELLING PISTOLS, converted from flintlock, with rebrowned twist octagonal sighted barrels, case-hardened breeches each with maker's stamp and platinum line, scroll engraved tangs, signed and engraved bolted locks, numbered figured walnut half-stocks, chequered butts, engraved numbered iron trigger-guards each with pineapple finial, silver escutcheons engraved with coronet of the Earls of Kintore, horn fore-end caps, and brass-tipped ramrods (one associated): in original lined and fitted mahogany case with some accessories including three-way flask covered in red leather, the lid with trade label and engraved on the escutcheon with owner's name 'F.
