AN AGRA WARE HARDSTONE INLAID MARBLE DISH of rectangualr form with sloping sides and flat rim, the centre inlaid in lapis lazuli, cornelian and various forms of agate with a stylised floral spray, within a simple rectangular surround with a part red flowerhead in each corner, the sides with a very delicate band of meandering leafy and flowerhead vine, the rim with red quatrefoil motifs alternating with similar double blue panels, early 19th century (a few small pieces of inlay missing)
