Yuan dynasty, 14th century
Jingdezhen ware, the pear-shaped body molded with two registers of ribbon-tied lotus bouquets below a band of key pattern, the base of the neck applied on two sides with horizontally placed lugs evenly spaced between the curved spout and strap handle, covered with a transparent amber-brown glaze falling short of the foot rim and countersunk base, the conical cover carved with wavy lines radiating from the small knop finial and pierced with a small vent hole
