Of baluster form and on spreading circular base and four scroll feet, with curved spigot and tap, scroll handles, domed cover with baluster finial and plain detachable sleeve, engraved overall with stylised foliage and engraved with inscription and date each within applied cartouche, marked on neck, cover and sleeve - 21¾in.
