I & II, letterpress title to vol.III in red and black, engraved dedication in vol.I, 219 plates only (of 222), 4 folding, 48 double-page. (Vol.I lacking plates numbered 79, 86/87 and 89, a fourth plate cut down, mounted and loosely inserted, one double-page plate in vol.II loosely inserted, vols.I and II with old dampstaining.)
