A LARGE MYCENAEAN POTTERY PITHOS, the rounded body tapering to a flaring foot, the short concave neck rising to a downward sloping rim, three loop handles on the shoulder which is decorated with a frieze of spiral tendrils, black encircling bands above and below, circa 1200 B.C.
