Haarlem, 1753, maker's mark apparently that of Casper Janszonius
Baluster, the mid-section chased with drapery swags with diaperwork below and divided by tassel, repeated on the cover, the shoulder with stylized pendant acanthus, the high scroll spout with loop, with raffia covered scroll handle with bifurcated join, the low domed cover topped by baluster finial--6½in. (16.5cm.) high, gross weight 8.5oz.
