A BÖTTGER CHINOISERIE BEAKER painted in the manner of J.G. Höroldt, one side with an Oriental seated drinking tea among flowering plants, the other side with another between a bird and a vase and holding a pole strung with ornaments, within arched gilt line cartouches with Böttger lustre panels and iron-red, purple and yellow Laub-und-Bandelwerk, the interior to the rim with interlocking gilt scrolls and flowerheads (slight rubbing to rim), blue enamel crossed swords mark and gilder's K. workman's .. to footrim, circa 1725
