The arched molded hood with pierced fret centering three line-inlaid plinths surmounted by brass urn-and-spiral finials above a molded cornice over a conforming glazed cupboard door opening to a white-painted dial with Roman and Arabic chapter rings enclosing a sweep seconds hand and a calendar day aperture surmounted by a lunette embellished with a central bouquet encircled by a meandering vine flanked by bouquets, the spandrels embellished with painted bouquets, the dial signed S. Willard, all flanked by stop-fluted colonettes with brass capitals and bases over a waisted case with a cockbeaded line-and-fan inlaid cupboard door flanked by stop-fluted quarter columns with brass capitals and bases above a line-and-fan inlaid rectangular case over a box base on shaped bracket feet (repairs to feet)--69in. high, 20in. wide, 10½in. deep
