The painting depicts in the centre the mahasiddha Kukkuripa seated on a rock with behind him a large rock formation, both hands around his knees, naked except for a shawl, flanked by a dog and in front a kapala issuing a column of smoke supporting a small figure of Avalokiteshvara, top of painting with label stating '2nd painting at the left of the mahasiddha group'
