Naturalistically formed as a leaf, enamelled in shades of green and set with an old-brilliant-cut diamond, suspending three further diamond drops, with rose-cut diamond stems and buds, marked on pin, pin-guard and stem, in original fitted wooden case, the inside cover stamped with the Imperial warrant and in Russian 'Fabergé St Petersburg Moscow, Odessa'
