Part early 18th century, with alterations and some reveneering
The molded double-domed cornice with three turned vasiform finials, above a pair of arched doors with bevelled mirror plates enclosing an interior fitted with numerous pigeonholes, drawers and secret compartments, above two candleslides, the base with a featherbanded slant-front enclosing a further pigeonholes, drawers and secret compartments, above two short and two long drawers with rounded fluted Corinthian quarter-columns to the angles, on later ogee bracket feet, the interiors of top and base refitted, brasses replaced
