A Persian tinned copper shallow bowl carved to the interior with oval medallions encorporating figures at various pursuits including a man performing a hands spring, three figures standing together, animal headed men surrounding a central roundel of portrait medallions and deer in foliage, the exterior similarly decorated to the interior, the base with a tiger and a snake -- 6¼in. diam, probably early 19th century; and a tinned copper bowl carved to the exterior with broad bands of scrolling foliage above an interlinked leaf design, the interior plain -- 4¾in. diam.
