A Syrian cream glazed composition dish on low foot, the upper surface decorated in dark brown glaze, the central tondo with small star and segmented concentric band, the wide splayed rim with eight roundels connected by double lines within a chevron-designed border; and another similar, repaired -- 5in. (12.6cm.) and 4½in. (10.9cm.) diam. respectively, 6th-5th Century B.C. (2)
