A Meissen ewer from the same set as the preceding lot emblematic of Air, moulded and applied with cranes, duck and birds of prey in flight flanked by figures of Juno, seated above a peacock, and one representing wind, the reverse with a view of a cloudy sky, between feather moulded sections, the drapery moulded handle surmounted by winged putti playing bagpipes, the base applied with a putti holding a bird, painted in colours and gilt (chips to peacock crest and crown, small firing fault at front lower section), blue crossed swords mark, incised numerals, Pressnummer, circa 1880 -- 26in. high
