An Edwardian mahogany, marquetry and strung breakfront bookcase-on-stand, decorated with interlaced foliate scrolls and ribbon-tied paterae with husks, the upper part with a swan neck pediment and moulded cornice with a simulated fluted frieze, fitted with adjustable shelves and enclosed by three satinwood-banded glazed astragal panel doors and with urn-decorated sides, the stand fitted with three drawers on square tapering legs with fan spandrels and terminating in spade feet -- 60in. (152cm.) wide, 16in. (41cm.) deep, 99in. (252cm.) high.
