Four German porcelain pipe-bowls, comprising: two with cylindrical bowls, one painted with a view of Napoleon Bonaparte with British officers, a French officer, a lady and a negro child at St. Helena within a gilt panels, indistinctly titled (wear), the other with a topographical view of Kelheim (wear and scratches), both with metal mounts; and two with oviform bowls, one painted with a hunter pulling on his boots in an interior, a hound at his feet, inscribed ti the reverse G. Hessig F. Bärlocher ihren E. Meijer Göttingen 20 Sept. 1836, with attached stem (hairline crack and wear), the other painted with a topographical view, indistinctly titled to the reverse (wear), all early 19th Century (4)
