An Edwardian rosewood and marquetry kneehole writing desk
inlaid with lines and decorated with scrolling foliate tendrils with cornucopiae, the superstructure centred by a mirror with a broken pediment and flanked by two drawers to either side with pierced three-quarter galleries, the base of D-shaped breakfront outline and inset with a panel of tooled leather, fitted with a frieze drawer and flanked by three drawers to either side between stiles with urns and husk pendants, on square tapering legs, stamped Edwards & Roberts -- 45in. (115cm.) wide, 24in. (61cm.) deep, 41in. (104cm.) high
