A Longquan celadon miniature vase and two Qingbai jarlets and a saucer
Southern Song Dynasty
The vertically lobed sides inspired by the archaic gu shape, the bulbous section raised on a spreading foot and surmounted by a high trumpet neck with lobed rim, covered with a soft bluish-green glaze, 11.7 cm. high; two miniature Qingbai jarlets, one with cover and of baluster form, the second with bulbous sides and applied with strap handles to the wide rim, the pale bluish-white glaze decorated in daubed iron-brown spots, 6.2 and 7.1 cm. high; and a Qingbai chrysanthemum-shaped saucer, 10.5 cm. diam.
