TWO CYPRIOT INCISED RED POLISHED WARE JUGS
EARLY BRONZE AGE, 2300-1900 B.C.
A spherical-bodied jug with cutaway-beak spout and long tubular side spout, small ring handle and diminutive pierced lug handle opposite at base of neck, decorated overall with white infilled incised linear decoration; and another jug, similar, with flaring cutaway spout, with four additional pierced lugs around the rim, the loop handle with moulded thumb-grip, the incised linear decoration includes small concentric circles, both repaired with restoration
