A CYPRIOT PLAIN RED POLISHED WARE NINE-BOWL VESSEL
EARLY BRONZE AGE, 2300-1900 B.C.
With two conjoined rows each of four hemispherical bowls, a further bowl raised up in the centre beneath the high arched handle, the bowls with diminutive incised lobes around the rims, repaired, handle and four bowls restored, 13 3/8 in. (34 cm.) long; a two-bowl vessel, similar ware, with central loop handle, a short tubular spout at opposing end of each bowl and connecting spout in the centre, repaired with restoration, 12¼ in. (31 cm.) long; and an Incised Red Polished Ware tall flattened handle, from a multi-bowl vessel, a rectangular loop with single connecting strut across the centre, decorated with incised multi-linear zigzags and a central hatched lozenge, repaired, mounted, 8 3/8 in. (21.4 cm.) high, both Early Bronze Age, 2300-1900 B.C. (3)
