Depicted mummiform with the arms folded over the chest, holding a crook and flail in his hands, wearing a nemes-headdress fronted by a now-missing uraeus, with two lines in faintly visible hieroglyphic text separated by a vertical column down the center, traces of black pigment preserved throughout
