A GREEK BRONZE AMPHORA
Circa Second Half of the 4th Century B.C.
Ovoid in shape with a short waisted neck, the vertical lip with a separately-made disk rim, the foot also separately made, the two strap handles terminating in openwork palmette catch-plates with chased details, each handle with a loop at the top for attachment of the bail handle, the remains of several links from a chain along the handle
