The bambu case with porcelain panels to the sides and rear door, each depicting birds on branches of cherry blossom during different seasons, the conforming dial also with two birds and with branches trailing across it and with pink tints to the sky, with Roman chapter ring and blued steel moon hands, the twin barrel movement with silvered platform to the bimetallic balance with lever escapement, strike/repeat on gong to the backplate numbered 1862
