The hood with canted angles, glazed side panels and leaf carved cresting, with arched trunk door and panelled plinth raised on bracket feet, the 11in. diameter silvered Roman dial within silvered slip, with off-set winding holes, subsidiary seconds at XII, with later signature Jno. Russell Falkirk, blued steel hands, the five pillar rack striking movement with deadbeat escapement and strike on bell, the back plate signed J. Russell Falkirk Watch Maker To His Royal Highness THE PRINCE REGENT; composite, case, dial and movement associated -- 85in. (216cm.) high
